Valerie received the "Realtor of the Year" award from the Parkersburg Area Association of Realtors for 2005. Valerie recently traveled to New York City and earned the Certified Residential Specialist Designation to better serve the customers in the residential market (http://www.crs.com/ ). Qualifying for this prestigious title required 48 hours of classroom time, challenging testing on the course content and a high volume of closed transactions. This designation is the highest a Realtor can earn and only 4% of all Realtors in the United States have earned this designation. Valerie has served as a board member for the Parkersburg Area Association of REALTORS in Parkersburg, WV which maintains the MLS service and is the governing body for the Realtors in the area.

When you want to sell your property it is all about sales and she has an impressive track record. Valerie closed over one million dollars in the first 6 months of her real estate career, and received the Rising Star award  for sales performance in 2003. She achieved Million Dollar production again in 2004 and became a Multi-Million producer in July 2004. Valerie's most recently achieved accolades in three statewide categories: 1st Runner Up in "Top Producer"; "Top Seller"; & "Top Lister" for the first quarter of 2004. She capped off 2004 by being the "Top Listing and Top Selling Agent" and was awarded a prestigious National Award which is given to the Top 5% of  agents for her sales in 2004. In 2005 Valerie closed 45 residential units accounting for over 5 million dollars in sales. This productivity made her the "Top Producing Agent"  and the second Top Producing Agent in the State of West Virginia.
